Dashboard

This icon, located on the navigation bar, is called the Dashboard icon. As the name suggests, clicking on this icon will take you to the dashboard overview page.

Classroom

This icon, located on the navigation bar, is called the Classroom icon. As the name suggests, clicking on this icon will take you to the classroom overview page where you can find a list of all your classrooms.

Information

This icon, located on the navigation bar, is called the Information icon. As the name suggests, clicking on this icon will take you to the information page where you can find timeline, attendance, and results.

Settings

This icon, located on the navigation bar, is called the settings icon. As the name suggests, clicking on this icon will take you to the settings page where you can alter permissions and other settings.

Light and dark mode

This icon, located on the navigation bar, is called the light/dark mode icon. As the name suggests, clicking on this icon will switch the websites theme to either light or dark mode.

Timetable tab

The left icon indicates that the tab has been selected, the right shows it’s unselected state. The Timeline tab contains atimeline of all the events that is visible to you in three main views; daily, weekly, and monthly.

Attendance tab

The left icon indicates that the tab has been selected, the right shows it’s unselected state. The Attendance tab contains a list of attendance for the students of every class. It is a place for the educator to keep track of absentees.

Database tab

The left icon indicates that the tab has been selected, the right shows it’s unselected state. The Database tab possesall the information regarding the classrooms.

Results tab

The left icon indicates that the tab has been selected, the right shows it’s unselected state. The Results tab contains the classroom and individual student results.

View mode

The element controls the view in which you can see the timeline. You can switch between Daily, Weekly, and Monthly views by simply clicking on the desired word.

Filter

The filter feature gives you the option to sort out various events and only look at specific labelled events. For example, only events that fall under the label “Seminar” would appear if the filter “Seminar” is selected. Allows you to more easily sort through and find specific events.

Calendar icon

Clicking on this icon will reveal a small monthly calendar wherein you can easily select a specific day to view. Simply click on the desired date and press ok to switch the view to that date.

Reoccurance

With this drop down menu, you can select how often an event will take place. Doing so will allow you to select a variety of dates and times, from as simple as everyday to something more complex (ie. the 10th, 12th and 18th of every second month)

Saving the event

To save the event after you have implemented all the relevant information, you just need to click the Create button located at the bottom right of the page.

Cancelling create event

If you have gone into the create an event page, and either decide before or after inputting the data that you no longer wish to create the event, you can simply press cancel. Once you do, you will be greeted by the above modal. Here we ask you to confirm that you would like to discard the “new” event. Please click “Discard” if you want to delete the event.
