
View
Using this component, you can easily switch between the daily, weekly, and monthly views. You also have the ability to select the set range option and select the custom start and end date to view on the calendar.

Select range
Wehn you pick the “Set range” option, you will need to input the strat and end date that you would like to view the attendance for. A little pop up will appear, allowing you to pick a date directly on the calendar. Once the start date is selected, the ending date will automatically have the date present on the calendar and vica versa.

Search bar
The component is located top center of the Lecture page. The search bar functions the same as any other search. Just simply start typing in keywords, phrases, or names to comb through all the content present.

Mark Attendance record
When you record the attendance of a student, the results are displayed as the above. Each color is distinct to that specific condition. If the students were present, the color would be dispalyed green, red for absent, and so forth. Having the different colors makes it easier for a user to quickly check the attendance.

Remarks
When an educator has recorded attendance, they have the option to leave a remark. If they have done so, the remark would appear as the underlined text “remarks” which you can click to reveal this modal pop up with the remark.

Record and edit attendance
An educator can start manually recording attendance by clicking the “click here” button. Clicking here will reveal the record attendance page. You are also able to edit the attendance of past events through the edit button. Both of these can be found at the bottom of the educators view.

View attendance
When you click the eye icon you will see one of the two pop ups. The first modal pop up will reveal if you click on the eye icon next to the students name. There is also an eye icon located at the bottom of the page that will also reveal the modal pop up.

Timeslot for Marking attendance
When you enter the “Mark attendance” page, you can find this button on the top center of the screen. If you clikc here, you can select which ever time and date you want to register this attendance for.

Mark attendance
There is a Discard, Reset, and Save button located at the top right of the page. Discard cancels the marking of attendance and return you to the normal attendance view, reset resets the remarks and changes you’ve made to the default marking (ie. if you have present set as the default in settings, when you enter the “Mark attendance” view the students will have the option “present” pre-selected.), and finally save will save your changes and mark the attendance for the specified timeslot.

Sort feature
In the normal view for attendance, you are able to sort the data by the above mentioned filters. % High to Low and % Low to High refers to a students percentage of attendance. The more classes they have missed, the lower their percentage will be.

Report download
You can download the report for the overall attendance through this button. There are three options available for you to download the document: CSV, PDF, and XLSX.

Report button
This button will take you to a page where you can view the overall statistical report of the attendance or individual report for attendance. For individual reports, you can select any of the student cards and view their individual reports.
